Art that let guests leave one arm free to shake a hand, hold a drink...or grab another.

The formula for this show is so simple, you'll curate it once and remember it forever. All you need are Gabriel Orozco, Ai Wei Wei, Andrea Fraser, Gerhard Richter, Ana Mendieta and a fistful of Collectors.

Art gestures are easy to make and customize, depending on the references you like. This exhibition combines Prince and Bourgeois, but you could also use Frankenthaler and Kahlo, Sherman and Rodin, or any other combination you can dream up.

Though this group show is best in summer when James Franco and Martin Kippenberger are at their peak, you can make it any time of year. However, be sure to use Isa Genzken and not Marina Abramovic; otherwise, they won't reach maximum auction potential and the gesture will deflate.

It's best to serve them hot while the market is still gooey.
